Mold Remediation in Monterey Park

Home owner in Monterey Park called SERVPRO of San Gabriel when he found out his sink leaked and mold grow under his vanity. After our technician arrived, we found out the vanity panels and the drywall behind it are all soaked and had double their thickness. The water damaged area are removed immediately, our technician cut drywall and disassemble the vanity to remove all damaged area. After all the cutting SERVPRO of San Gabriel placed a dehumidifier in the bathroom to lower the humidity in order to prevent further mold growth in the future. After two days of remediation work, SERVPRO of San Gabriel removed all machines and clean the job site, and finally the home owner can start rebuild their bathroom.
